Oh, it is preposterous, but I think you will be hearing a lot between now and then.You and I know a third tunnel (unless it was part of a build to eventually connect such to the SAS) is unrealistic and would take a lot longer. I'm sure there will be pressure on the MTA to placate to such between now and then. |
