I know what a test case is.And as I told the last guy, that reasoning is invalid as almost every case would be test case under your reasoning. What I want to know is WHAT SPECIFICALLY ABOUT THIS CASE WOULD MAKE IT A TEST CASE. HOW DO YOU KNOW IT WOULDN'T BE AN OPEN AND SHUT CASE? WHAT PART OF THE WORDING OF THE LAW OR THE PAST APPLICATION OF THE LAW MAKES YOU DOUBT THAT THE MTA EASILY QUALIFIES AS THE VICTIM? |
