Oh that would work too, except that possibly could very difficult to pull off.One thing that helps in my plans is the area of 9th Avenue and 14th Street and Hudson Street is there is a lot of street there to work with in building a small yard with provisions to later go to NJ. You don't have that with connecting to 8th Avenue even though that would work as well. |
