Actually, it might make a bit more sense and keep some of our friends concerned about costs to lay down some 2x4's across 14th Street and have mule teams pull the trains across the Manhattan portion of the service.Given that Prince Andrew runs the MTA, this would also permit him to poke the Mayor in the eye by bringing more quadrupeds onto the streets of New York at the same time. |
