As Andrew says, I don't think that should be the determining factor, though I would look at the profitability of having such an ROW.I like the idea of shortcutting expresses, but is there something to be said about the fact that the Queens Blvd Express skips 5 stops between Forest Hills and Jackson Heights and saves 3 minutes over the local, and does the same thing between Jackson Heights and Queens Plaza with a shortcut and still only saves another 3 minutes? |
