I thought that at first, but looking at the video the sound gradually abates as the brakes are released and disappears completely when the brakes are fully released and the train starts moving. That leads me to my firs conclusion that it was a stuck release magnet. Anyone out there from CED or an RTO TSS who can provide more accuracy? |
