The express tracks are crowded enough as it is during rush hours.The 53rd Street tunnel carried 30 tph until the F was moved to the 63rd St tunnel. It can do it again. You just have to get all the people off the eastbound M at Queens Plaza really fast. If you don't add Ms from Queens, 23rd Ely will get crammed with G train riders trying to get to midtown. |
