I fully agree that 14th St would need to be flooded with buses to cope with the loss of the L train there. Even with just one tube shut down, they'd have to run more M14 buses, but it wouldn't be as bad as with no L at all.That's why I have a feeling they will opt for shutting down one tube at a time. Of course, we won't know for sure until 2018 draws closer. The time frame also leads me to believe they will opt for shutting one at a time. |
