As noted elsewhere, it was mentioned the signals are still in place on the Atlantic Avenue-Canarsie portion of the (L) so that non-CBTC trains can get to the yard at the end for washes from what was mentioned.That was why I said what I did. What they would likely have to do if necessary is re-install signals on the (L) between the flyover and Rockaway Parkway for this purpose, which they appear to now have two years to do. |
