If you think NYC is bad.......In the PM rush I observed trains on the orange and red lines with "isolated cars"..... cars out of service greatly increasing station dwell time as the passengers try to squeeze into the remaining cars. And this was in the summer with no school kids coming home from activities and others on vacation. |
