People left on board will have to get off and wait for the next train. They do that at random on the Flushing, at least here a train can be signed up for 36th Street.Furthermore, trains do not need to be fumigated at 36th Street, they will continue on to 36th Street (Upper middle or any of the lower tracks) before a crew takes it into the yard.
