I don't think ANY parking on Bob's part would have changed the pea sized minds of the city at that time, they just plain didn't like him look what happened to his Atlantic tunnel fiasco closing the tours after how long ? with the Fire Dept .... seriously ..... suddenly claiming it was dangerous ( granted climbing down a ladder through a manhole wasn't all that safe ) conceived by city hall.
