If I'm correct, therefore each segment is to have access to as many trunks as possible (realistically speaking). If I'm wrong, then its capacity, being rush hour ridership was ideally much higher, in other words, PROVIDE AS MANY TRAINS as you can to as MANY DESTINATIONS, thus, both segments require both services. |
