Aha, they can do a postcard filing because their gross receipts are below 50K each year starting in 2010. Good news and bad news simultaneously I guess postcard filings don't appear on Guidestar.So if they can really start raising more money they have a chance. But not if they keep on being eligible for a postcard filing. :( |
