Now that I know what CO means (central office) I can now answer you. You say there was no phone power during the first big blackout I was referring to because the CO got its power from Con Ed? Wrong because the landline home phones were working te entire time during the blackout though some may have been overloaded.If you are saying that only pay phones were affected because they got power from the CO and the home phones didn't, that would be wrong also, So what are you actually saying? |
