According to OUR technologies sure but suppose these other societies found and developed energy sources more powerful than our atomic power, they may have resources where they live more abundant than what we have here on Earth, and in their traveling to other planets in their own solar system found other resources as well. We can only use what we have available on Earth maybe we'll find other resources on Mars that may be a power source for us. Karl |
