Actually, Hoyt/Fulton would be correct since while there is a Hoyt St station on the IND Fulton St Line, it is under Schermerhorn St since the IRT was already beneath Fulton St and it was probably considered not a good idea to try and underpin both the BMT Fulton St El and the IRT subway. After the IRT swings off Fulton and onto Flatbush, Fulton was clear for subway construction. |
