It was 50 years since the big northeast blackout which is what it was called at the time so the statement is perfectly true.Similarly if someone said last year today is 100 years since The Great War (or the World War) that would still be a true statement today even though there was another world war 27 years later. I didn't say you didn't make that assumption regarding BMT. I said you wouldn't make that assumption. At least quote me correctly. Correcting someone, accusing him of being incorrect is not light ribbing by any definition. |
