And what is the definition of an adult? You can vote at 18, but have to be 21 to drink. You may be allowed to marry in some states as young as 16. There is no clear definitive age for an adult.And changing the cutoff to 25, still would conclude what adults think, not what educated people think. It would just be fairer as I stated because the population surveyed would have had to chance to get the education that was so influential in survey results, not to say that they did, so they still would be measuring what adults think not what educated people think. Also, not everyone matures at the same age. Females mature faster than males. |
