And he probably will not explain the rationality of his post because he is probably ashamed that he was incorrect.I did not speculate at all in my previous comment and neither did R36. He was quite clear in his remark stating emphatically that there was no northeast blackout in the month of November, but in August instead. There are no nuances in that. |
