You were the one who brought up the straw man. No one mentioned the 1977 blackout until you did.It is not “obviously clear.” Once again, your powers of observation fail you. Your assumption that he knew about the 1965 blackout just because he has posted here for a long time is also not wise, because even if he is old enough to remember it, he might have grown up in another part of the country. Posting here for a long time proves nothing in this case. LOL! His posting here for a long time does not at all imply that he was old enough to remember it! I know for a fact he’s not. Even if I knew nothing about him, I would still not assume that he was old enough to remember it as most people are not. That’s why I accused you of being old and senile. You are not aware that because the median age is less than 54-55, most people are not old enough to remember events from back then. So if you know nothing else about someone, the odds are they are not over 55. You made that same assumption about me, assuming that I was in my 60s or older for some reason elsewhere in this thread. What it does prove is that he would have likely encountered previous blackout threads. But that’s not important because I just gave him the benefit of the doubt and you didn’t. |
