You guys are making me feel old :-(Was coming home from work on #7 train. Power went out as the train was coming up hill in the East River tunnel. The operator let it coast toward the Vernon-Jackson station. He got 1/2 of the first car in, opened the crew door & we all were allowed to leave. Walked home to Sunnyside. Had a gas stove, so was able to have supper. |
