There is no anti-Semitic sentiment in her poem. None whatsoever. Re-read the third to the last stanza. Why are you and Orange Blossom so hung up on this so-called "hidden meaning" and intent on making something out of it when there is nothing to be made of it? That's typical Republican racist dogma. Like I said, you've fallen into the trap of "guilt by association," because she happened to be on the same stage as Louis Farrakhan. So was Jesse Jackson. So were many members of the NAACP and other groups. (And believe me, I am no fan, and never will be, a fan of Louis Farrakhan.) |
