I actually did send a customer service email a few months ago, although I found the service confusing and it probably didn't reach the right department.I sent another one just now, and sent it under "Request" about "Maps". And I even included screenshots of the errors. So I think it went more-or-less to the right area. I'm tempted to resubmit the same question under different areas, just to increase the chance that more people see it. |
