Although that may have been the intent, If the Yd Master at DO Yd needed cars for service, they would have been sent to the 14 St Line or Myrtle/Chambers. A few even showed up on the Jamaica Express especially during the winter when some R-16s from the Jamaica Line were swapped with steels from the 14 St Line. |
