This post (http://www.subchat.com/read.asp?Id=1363046) states different numbers, or is that because this time your including a 24hr window vs the window in the previous post? Secondly, you said NYC has been losing businesses to NJ who has been raiding NYC via the prospect of lower costs. If that's true, then how can you say NYC doesn't have any skin in the game? |
