(Of course the SF local version was YEARS behind the NEC in safety upgrades, but it had all of the make work more cost more rules.) One of the few good things about wiping out the older signalling systems within merged RRs is being able to qualify crews over greater distances.It is hugely stupid and dangerous to have a crew change rules during a shift. How about driving left handed after you cross a state line? |
