Woodhaven, Richmomnd Hill, Kew Gardens, Forest Hills, Rego Park, Bushwick, Ridgewood, and Williamsburgh did not flood and their population is increasing. I don't know why you are even bringing flood thing up.NJ is not upzoning in any significant way. |
