People cannot afford to. A property is not a liquid asset. It's value going going up does not mean you have the cash to pay or got a raise at work for the higher value. That's why NJ's middle class is fleeing to PA, DE, and NC.What is local government going to do with the windfall ? Widen the roads to build more sprawl ? |
