But NYS has NYC, which will see most of the economic benefit from the project. NJ could have taken the ARC money and played Race to the Bottom with it, pumping the Gold Coast up even more than it already is, but Chrisco decided his loyalties lay with the highway builders. NYS needs to pay its fair share of the project. |
