Yes, but in that case, it created all kinds of strains on the transit system in Philly even the 1980 parade did not have, plus you had many in the suburbs who normally don't travel on SEPTA who tried to use it that day as was suggested. That was why the parade should have been on Saturday night no matter who was inconvenienced by a Saturday night parade. |
