You may not hear from him for awhile. It appears that once you install Windows 10 on your computer, the computer no longer sees your network card, thus no internet. Some people have reported that by default IVP4 or IVP6 (if that is what it is called by defauklt is disabled. Other people have stated it is a problem that Microsoft knows about, it happens on their Surface device. Others have stated you have to roll back to 8.1, remove Cisco VPN (if you have it), then reinstall it. I ended up rolling back, and haven't removed Cisco VPN yet) I'll wait awhile until I receive more information.
