Wow, you answered me! I've been making references to this thread in reply to other postings by you for almost a year now and you never answered me!! Anyhow:Jaywalking is illegal.I don't think I've ever conversed with anyone who refrained from jaywalking in NYC because it is illegal. What is the reason you don't do it? Do you not do ANYTHING illegal? Are you afraid of getting a jaywalking ticket? The point becomes moot as of August 1 since St. John the Baptist is merging with Holy Cross and the 7:45 AM Mass will be history after that. I'll be taking the subway to 63/Lex for 8 AM Mass at St. Vincent Ferrer and using my free transfer at 59/Lex to get to midtown on the days I need to go to Manhattan.Wow, that's a hell of a detour for a mass. Any chance I can catch you crossing 31st Street to get to the 7:45 AM mass sometime this week? |
