I'll celebrate by being in Portland for the opening of the Orange Line MAX to Milwaukie (Clackamas County), over the new Tilikum Crossing Bridge.New York could learn from Portland, which not only sets realistic schedules for its rail projects, but also brings them in on time and under budget. |
