I was surprised to learn that the developer of wireless telegraphy, Guglielmo Macaroni, is credited with the creation of macaroni. To celebrate, I'm going to my neighborhood German bistro and order a large plate of corned beef and macaroni with a side of cold Slav.National Marconi Day |
