Posted by Henry R32 #3730 on Mon Jul 6 22:49:10 2015 Can anyone tell me the logic behind cutting back the Yellow line to Mt. Vernon Square? I was trying to get back to my hotel in Silver Spring afterward and the green line was doing its best Japanese subway impression... the "there's another train right behind" BS doesn't work when the countdown clock is showing 8 minutes. Yet plenty of yellows going out of service to turn around. Running the Yellow as normal to Ft. Totten would have gone a long way. |
