No. The "63d Street Tunnel connector" referred to is the connection between 21st St.-Queensbridge station and the Queens Blvd. line. The 63rd St. tunnel itself, including connections to both the 6th Ave. IND and the Broadway BMT on 7th Ave., was opened earlier, with 21st St.-Queensbridge being a stub-end terminal. |
