When making the schedules/work programs were those trips build first to alleviate confusion on paper and better allocate layovers?Also, when a line was express in one area or at one time period but local in other or somewhere else how did you add up running times? I remember you saying at night and weekends an empty train would be used I believe to get an accurate time. |
