Heh, or better yet walked it. (Although I think the hills going up from Richmond Terrace to St. Marks Place are even steeper, and I'm sure some hills up in The Bronx could give the Victory hill a run for its money).I remember last year, there was a time when traffic was backed up for miles along Victory Blvd, in part due to the fact that people had difficulty going down that hill. |
