Just gotta be careful. The underpass described can be a little bit on the dangerous side at night since it's pretty iffy on the lighting sometimes. Not to mention there's a bunch of water leaks. I wouldn't go in it after a huge rainfall. The tunnel on a good day. This is with just ONE bulb out. Imagine if there's more than that...?!
