I thought the subway portion under Raymond Blvd. was also built in the old canal bed,Jan: I believe that the subway did follow the canal from Broad Street westward. The sources I consulted where somewhat ambiguous on this point. If you have or known of a reliable source on the construction of the subway please let me know. Larry, RedbirdR33 |
