Of course it was a shock to see Arnines in their place in the fall of 1969 (the same year the Myrtle El closed) on the Lousy Local as we called it. I remember riding the museum set (2390-1-2) on the LL as it was in regular service long after most of the early Standards were retired and scrapped. |
