That must have happened after I moved from Manhattan to Bkln, since while I was living uptown, the weekend consists on the 1 were 6 car trains and on the 2 it was 8 cars. Late on the TA experienced with 7 car midday consists on the 4 and 5 car midday consists on the 5 and 6 but that didn’t last too long since the cost of switching staff at the respective terminals cost more than the savings from running short trains. |
