By purge, I was referring to the time when the remaining R12/14/15/17/21/22 cars (not used for the Money Train or as Riders) were removed... This was from 1990-94. This was also about the time the R127/R134's would be phased in, replacing the older R Types previously assigned to Garbage Service.I remember when the East 180th St and Corona Money Train Cars were assigned temporarily to refuse operations at 239th St! -Stef |
