I see no talk in here about the theory of how in typical fashion people like to throw things(rocks, bricks, etc) at trains in The North, and that two trains were hit earlier in the day, and they suspect this train was hit by such an object as well.In "response", the regulators want to put up speed limit signs on the line. Aside from the obvious logical correlation between the two, I guess nothing ever changes in the north. |
