FBI and DHS were among the first on the scene, and the first thing they looked at was that windscreen. They determined the night of the crash that "terrorism" of any sort had been ruled out, and that would have included any gunfire.If you've ever seen the aftermath of a derailment where a locomotive goes on the ground, the damage is consistent with flying ballast. |
