"Fairfield and New Haven Counties are not."Maybe not "Major" but Stamford Locals & New Haven trains draw substantial crowds.The standard barometer is the amount of dead head cars on those trains. Between 8 & 9am at 125 each train has all cars open "The proposed NH line into Penn Sta, does not go to White Plains." I'm well aware of that, thank you. |
