If that imbalance were true, they would not blackout off-peak tickets reverse peak.I quoted figures that were published in the 2013 Hub Bound Report. The following appears on page IV-1: MTA Metro-North Railroad Planning Department exit/entrance counts at Grand Central Terminal That should remove any doubts about their impartiality if not their accuracy. Regarding MN's fare policy: there are many irrational quirks that serve to depress demand. |
