In regards to the Utica Ave Subway, most simple solution would be to just extend the 4 line down Utica.IND had plans to send a subway line down Utica... They also could make the Utica Ave line a shuttle between Kings Plaza and Utica IND, since I doubt a 3rd line could be handled north of Hoyt on the A/C. |
