If the route to Bway/ENY was done as early as 1930, then why was;t the station completed and opened the same time it opened to Rockaway Ave? It is known that by 1941 the platforms and station finish at ENY were completed but track and signals were not installed due to the war, but what would have been the excuse before then? |
